Felling Chambersburg Christmas tree
After 28 years, it has happened! The Chambersburg Christmas Tree has returned to its majestic placement at center stage in Chambersburg. The locally donated tree stands proudly at Memorial Square adorning the intersections of Historic Route 30 and Route 11. Local residents have been gifting trees to the Borough of Chambersburg for many years and each year Cumberland Valley Tree Service – Landscaping has been there to provide our precision tree care services during the harvesting process. CVTSL Arborists, Evan Brumfield and Brendan Hess provided the technical support to carefully cut the tree, secure it during transport and aid with the placement in the heart of Downtown Chambersburg. Add it to your calendar and come out to enjoy the Chambersburg Christmas Parade this Saturday Nov. 21st. We look forward to the tree lighting. Let the holiday season begin!
